Our Fall 2024 program will be held ONLINE for experienced participants and IN-PERSON for beginners at the campus of Aquinas Academy! (388 S Livingston Avenue, Livingston, NJ 07039)

Courses Offered

IN-PERSON Public Forum Debate Introductory Class

Sunday Afternoons from 4PM to 6PM EST

In-Person Classes will be taught by our locally acclaimed high school coaches with nationally recognized achievements (Click here for a full list of our championship-level faculty). This course is designed to provide beginners with a comprehensive introduction to Public Forum Debate—the most popular format of competitive debate in the US. Through lectures, interactive exercises, and practice rounds, students will master fundamental argumentation skills. Students in grades 4-9 (as of Fall 2024) with little to no previous debate experience are welcome to register for this course. 

Ten, two-hour classes from September to November. 

Classes are scheduled for the following dates: 

September 8, 15, 29
October 6, 13, 20, 27
November 3, 10, 17

Tuition:  $1000 for a total of 20 hours of instruction

Discounts: $100 per referral of new student, $50 per sibling

ONLINE Public Forum Debate Travel Team

Sunday Evenings from 7PM to 9PM EST.

Online Classes will be taught by our college-student coaches. These instructors attend Ivy League universities, and throughout their high school debate careers, they amassed numerous awards, championships, and top national rankings (Click here for a full list of our championship-level faculty). The online program is designed for students in grades 6-12 (as of Fall 2024) who have substantial debate experience. Ideally, these students will have attended the Omega Speech and Debate 2024 Summer Camp. The online program will prepare students to compete at national debate tournaments throughout the school year. 

Thirteen, two-hour classes from September to December. 

Classes are scheduled for the following dates: 

September 8, 15, 22, 29
October 6, 13, 20, 27
November 3, 10, 17
December 1, 8

Tuition:   $1300 for a total of 26 hours of classes

Discount: $100 per referral of new student, $50 per sibling
