Omega Summer camp Lunch Reservations

 

 

Every week, students will have the option to purchase meals that we will order from local Livingston restaurants: QQ Asian, Dozo Shushi and Anthony Francos. The weekly lunch reservation form will open on the Friday before that week, and close at 9 AM on the Monday of that week.  

 

  If you decide to participate in our lunch reservation program, please fill out this form and pay us a $70 deposit.  

Each lunch box costs $15, pizza lunch costs $10. You can reserve lunches on your selected days and pay those days only. The deposit can be paid digitally via Zelle to omegaspeechdebate@gmail.com, Paypal to omegaspeechdebate@gmail.com,or Venmo to @OmegaSpeechDebate. Alternatively, the student can bring an envelope on Monday containing the cash payment, with the enveloped labeled “[Full Name] Lunch Reservation”, or write a check payable to Omega Speech and Debate.
